On-site Work
The role requires the completion of all tasks at the physical work location, with no option for remote work. The worksite environment may include conditions such as wet/damp areas, noisy surroundings, odors, and dust.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning workers.
- Inspect facilities or sites to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as repairs, painting, or the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties when necessary.
- Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the work environment.
- Monitor the stock and requisition supplies and equipment when necessary.
- Prepare reports on staff performance and site conditions.
